Here are the twelve signs of the chinese horoscope : rat, ox, tiger, rabbit, dragon, snake, horse, goat, monkey, rooster, dog and pig. The story behind these signs is actually a legend. Some say that the Jade king was bored in heaven and told one of his servants to bring him twelve animals from earth. When the animals lined up, they dind`t line up in any order, so the king named the rat that was the first one and the most little one, the first in the horoscope. Because he was sitting on the back of an ox he was named the first, the ox was the second in line and so on. Because the rat hated the cat she didn`t announced her and so she didn`t came.
